The Golden Dragon
The Golden Dragon Acrobats are arriving to the Showroom at the Oneida Indian Nation's Turning Stone Resort and Casino, for performances on Saturday, Aug. 26. The group is considered the world's leading Chinese acrobatic troupe and it attracts audiences of all ages to its outstanding show.
The group mixes in their show acrobatics; traditional dance, spectacular costumes and theatrical techniques. They have performed in all 50 states and in 65 countries. They also had the honor to perform at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Germany's Elspe Festival, the Brooklyn Academy of Music and Caesar's Palace in Atlantic City.
These kind of acrobatic artists have been an audience attraction for many centuries without having their show gone old or less exciting. The acrobatic artists start their training from a very young age, so their control at the acrobatic moves is nearly complete. The Golden Dragon Acrobats represent the best of this time-honored tradition, from juggling to balancing acts and tumbling to contortionism.
