Frampton Comes Alive on Stage in July
Peter Frampton, known for songs like, Baby, I Love Your Way, and Show Me the Way, will once again take the stage at the Showroom of the Oneida Indian Nation's Turning Stone Resort and Casino on Monday, July 17.
His professional music career started as a teenager with the band The Herd, then played with Humble Pie, best known for its album Performance Rockin' the Fillmore. Frampton gained a little notoriety after forming his own group, Frampton's Camel, before he burst onto the music scene as a solo artist in the 1970s. Frampton is also known for the hit album he made in the 70 s called Frampton Comes Alive.
One of Frampton's more memorable songs include Do You Feel Like We Do and Baby I Love Your Way, although more recently, Frampton wrote songs for the film Almost Famous, who also appeared in a cameo role in the film, as well as serving as the film's authenticity adviser. Frampton appeared as himself in episodes of The Simpsons and The Family Guy and was featured in the season premiere of The Drew Carey Show.
Tickets to the Monday, July 17th 8 p.m. performance are 35, 40 and 50 at the Showroom of the Oneida Indian Nation's Turning Stone Resort.
