The Pittsburgh Gaming Task Force plans to have a discussion with all the bidding companies for casino licenses. In addition, they had agreed to extract their consultant Alea Advisors contract, so they could review the three casino applications.
The members of the volunteer group plans to have a discussion with each applicant before next month public hearing. Alea Advisors would receive 50,000 dollars from the Richard King Mellon Foundation for evaluating the casino proposals.
The task force co-chairs Ron Porter and Anne Swager will speak at Pittsburgh Gaming Control Boards public hearings, which is due to April 18 and 19 said. They have not decided yet if to ask all the bidding companies to add donations for a new arena in their bids.
